- Covered in Warranty: The warranty is non-transferable, valid only within the territory of India, and extended exclusively to the original end-user customer (Customer). It is valid only when the original purchase invoice is presented at the time of service. The warranty covers only functional parts and software issues that have manufacturing defects.
- Not Covered in Warranty: The warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by the customer or normal wear and tear from product use. It also does not cover any external accessories to the product, such as batteries, cables, or carrying bags. All plastic, rubber, glass, aesthetic parts, and consumable replacements will be charged to the customer. Additionally, all transportation and handling expenses incurred while replacing or repairing the product will be payable by the customer. The warranty will be void if the type or serial number on the product has been altered, removed, or defaced, or if the product is not operated according to the instructions provided in the User Guide.
